Spotted Lake on the road between Osoyoos and Keremeos is a really neat alkalai lake, a sacred spot for the Osoyoos First Nations people Posted by Picasa

Oliver is true desert country...but you can still find some very pretty wild flowers if you stop to look for them. Posted by Picasa

We love Hawthorne Mountain Winery. It is on the Green Lake Road on the road between road between Okanagan Falls and Oliver...a windy, narrow road, but really worth the drive. Posted by Picasa

On the road to Hawthorne Mountain Winery, we stopped at a pretty little lake called Green Lake. I wonder why it is called Green Lake? Posted by Picasa

There were some great cycling trails. This one was along the Okanagan River in Oliver Posted by Picasa

We rode our bikes to Silver Sage Winery in Oliver. They produce some wonderful wines, especially dessert wines.  Posted by Picasa
